Just brought fine butter pies for Christmas again. Always nice, always tasty and even when there is a lot of stress there is usually a smile under the stupid corona mask

A very nice place for a nice afternoon, jackdaw cake, romantic interiors, decorations and friendly service ensure peace and relaxation, in such a mood you can look at life from a distance 😉.

I am immensely disappointed, I ordered and bought 17 pieces of chocolate cream cake and received a frozen cake, which I was not even told when I bought it, do not buy there anymore, honestly I feel vera ....... !!! When I called there, I was also told that it was customary to pre-prepare the cakes and to freeze them! Never again!!!

I got 2 pieces of cake at Cafe Richter that I took home with me and I got 1 latte macchiato. 1 piece of cake was Sacher Torte and the other piece was cheese cream. I liked the piece of Sacher Torte best. The piece of cheese cream was so-so, didn't knock me off my stool. There were many other pieces of cake. What I always like very much at Cafe Richter is how they always decorate the shop windows, really great. Lg.Rainer

We thought the cake was very good I thought it was just stupid that only every second cake had a name There is a lot of alcohol in the flake cream. I found a little exaggerated for a cake

Today we went to Café Richter for breakfast for the first time. We made a conscious decision to have breakfast a la carte. When we got there we had to wait some time until the waitress even noticed us. The private chat with other guests was more important. Luckily there was a second waitress in the lower part, who took care of us and we got a table. We have chosen the gourmet breakfast twice. In terms of serving, everything looked great at first. Unfortunately we had to find out that there was a moldy cheese on our sausage and cheese plate. Unfortunately, that doesn't work. We took the piece off the plate and the waitress brought us new cheese. Actually, she should have brought the entire plate again, because the moldy cheese was in the middle. The radishes were also totally dry and brown. You just can't give that out to guests. The newly brought cheese platter didn't make things any better. There were old and new pieces on it too. Hard on the edge and partly already brown. When the waitress asked us if everything was okay, we told her about the other defects. She took this on and discussed it with her colleague. When we wanted to pay both came to us and said that they were sorry and that they would get the cheese from the supplier. So with all the love - an absolute excuse: then you should firstly change the supplier and secondly something like that simply MAY NOT go out and come on the table. I don't need to emphasize that we were correspondingly dissatisfied. In the end we only had to pay for the drinks and there were two extra chocolates. Still, I lost my appetite - only my husband tried one. Unfortunately, you can't make up for the first impression. That's why we're not coming back personally. Oh yes: the two stars are there because of the good location. You have a good view of the hustle and bustle of Planegg and the lower guest room is bright and flooded with light. Unfortunately, that's about it 😏

Second visit. Payment terminal does not work again. And excuse that auslaendic ec Karte does not work. And if we can then pay in cash without a tip, we are called to pin 500 meters away. Bayern unworthy. Despite perfect cakes!

I am shocked. Today I paid 3.00 € for cream (for 2 pieces of cake). When I asked if that could be, I was told that the portion had been weighed, the price per kilo for the whipped cream was 14.00 €. I'm honestly sorry, the cake is good, but the price is questionable.

Incredible: I was informed by the waitress that you no longer have to keep your distance because everyone is wearing a mouthguard (which is simply wrong). A sentence later the same operator tells me that the mouthguard doesn't help - and takes it off! With so much ignorance, everyone can calculate for themselves what hygienic conditions must prevail here, regardless of Corona. The fact that I was mobbed by the waitress while walking, although I remained polite all the time, somehow fits into the picture.

Pastries, cakes and chocolates are recommended without reservation. Chocolates are even outstanding, but also have their price. The café is actually good, but I received a half-raw egg during a visit, at the end there was no egg, so unfortunately 1 star deduction.

Our service was clearly overwhelmed when more customers came! New customers waited almost half an hour to place an order and we 5 people. 23 mins to pay. The ordered lemon was not included with the tea and the pieces of cake for 4.- € + 3.80.- € are quite small. The taste was great!

Service is very low

Very nice place to go for an afternoon hot chocolate and a piece of cake. Not to spendy and very tasty. They also allow you to bring dogs in if they are well behaved.

It s more than cafe

The tartlets are delicious and have a big "addictive factor"! We have known the Cafe for years and have never been disappointed.
